At CVND, we are committed to providing you with quality made-to-order products. Please review our refund policy carefully.
General Policy:
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for situations such as ordering the wrong size or color, or for a change of mind. However, exceptions are made in the specific circumstances detailed below.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll be happy to arrange a replacement or issue a full refund or store credit. To help us assess the issue, photographic evidence of the damage or defect may be required.

If you receive a garment in a different size than the one you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. To rectify this, we offer an exchange as soon as we receive the original garment. Please contact our customer service department at servicios@cvndpr.com to initiate this process and receive return instructions.
Order Not Received:
If you haven't received your order, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the matter with the shipping company. If the order is confirmed to be lost, we will offer to resend your order at no additional cost or provide a full refund in the form of store credit.
Orders Returned Due to Carrier Error or Invalid Address:
If your order is returned to us by the carrier due to an error on your part or because an invalid shipping address was provided at the time of order, we will contact you to offer a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply if the address error was not on our part. Generally, refunds are not issued in these situations, as the primary resolution is reshipment.
